A cocktail room on Hickory Avenue with a basement underneath it, and the basement is the reason to know about it. The Pub runs live music Monday to Thursday: a Django jazz jam that has met every Monday since 2012, old time and bluegrass jams on alternating Tuesdays, and the Baltimore Jazz Underground on Wednesday and Thursday. Candlelit, brick, and small. Monday and Tuesday cost nothing and take all ages; the Wednesday and Thursday jazz is $10 and the bar says every dollar goes to the musicians.
