The neighborhood's small live room was set to close for good in June 2026, then got bought by promoter Rising Sun Presents with Baltimore musician Cris Jacobs. It went dark for the summer but the fall calendar is already on sale: Open Mike Eagle Oct 14, two Dan Deacon nights Nov 14-15, Rebirth Brass Band Dec 11. Plan around a specific show, not a walk-in.
