Bills itself as Baltimore's first German biergarten, built by a local team in a $1M-plus 2017 renovation on the Cross Street strip. Liter steins, a German beer list and kitchen, and bookable space from a mezzanine to a full buyout, which makes it the default landing zone for big groups. Open to 2am Thursday through Saturday.
