The 27th floor of the pentagonal World Trade Center, which is the only place in the city where you look down on the whole harbor rather than across a slice of it. Adult admission is $8, seniors and military $6, children 3 to 12 $5, under 3 free, which makes it the cheapest deliberate view in Baltimore. Tickets are sold in the lobby and entry stops 30 minutes before close. Closed Monday and Tuesday outside group bookings, and it shuts at 6 or 7pm, so it is a late-afternoon stop rather than an evening one.
