Harbor EastTwenty-nine floors up on top of the Four Seasons, which makes this the highest room in the city with the harbor under it rather than beside it. It opened in January 2018 as a 1920s-style grill with an open rotisserie, and Atlas claims Maryland's largest whiskey selection behind the bar. The bar runs to 2am Thursday through Saturday and there is a Sunday rooftop brunch buffet from 10am. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged $75 a head, so this is a booked evening, not a drop-in.
