The room that has been putting on the loud half of this city's music since 1997, two floors of it, on North Howard Street. The one practical thing worth carrying: do not park in the gated lots next door, because they belong to the flats behind and they will tow you. There is street parking around it and a metered lot on 26th between Maryland and Charles, and the venue itself says to bike or get a ride.
