A coffee bar on Pratt Street that roasts its own, and the sourcing is the point rather than a line on a bag: the beans come from Gasharu Farms in the Rwandan highlands, run by one family for over thirty years, and the company puts a tenth of its profits back to women coffee farmers. A rare thing to find at the harbor end of Pratt Street, which is mostly chains.
