Atlas's seafood tavern and whiskey bar on the Four Seasons' ground floor, with patio tables set on the Inner Harbor edge and a dining room that faces the same water. The raw bar is the reason to come, and the whiskey list runs long. It stays open to 1am Friday and Saturday, which is later than most of Harbor East, and happy hour is 3 to 6pm weekdays.
