A seafood counter inside Lexington Market, founded in 1886 and run by the same family since. The crab cake is jumbo lump held together with a saltine crust and almost nothing else, eaten standing up. It is $28. The market's Paca Street entrance is the door to use, and the counter shuts at 5pm, so this is lunch.
