The one from Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and still the answer most people give when you ask where to get pit beef. Beef goes on charcoal and gets shaved to order onto a roll with raw onion and tiger sauce. There are three Chaps now. This is the original.

Opens 10:30am every day except Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter. The page text says closing varies by location and to call ahead on 410-483-2379. The same page's hidden markup gives 9pm, the same for all three Chaps, and Google also lists 9pm. Nobody has checked that at the door.
