A Maryland-focused kitchen in the Canopy hotel at the Harbor Point end of Thames Street, and its own copy puts the point plainly: a waterfront dining experience overlooking the Patapsco. Herbs and lettuces come out of the Living Classrooms greenhouse next door, which is a specific rather than a decorative claim. Open from 11am every day and to 11pm on Saturday. It sits on the seam between Harbor Point and Fells Point, so call the neighborhood honestly.
