The one day a year dogs ride the museum's train: a yappy hour at 1, the Mile One Express to Carroll Park at 2 and a costume contest at 3. $20, members $15. Dogs must be registered ahead with proof of rabies vaccination and a signed waiver; one leashed dog an adult. Part of the takings go to the Maryland SPCA.
