The rye whiskey distillery on the peninsula, and the one thing there worth a trip in itself. The tour of the stills runs 45 minutes to an hour, $15 on Wednesday and Thursday and $20 Friday to Sunday, and ends with a taste of the straight rye for anyone 21 or over. The 1909 whiskey bar pours flights, cocktails and bottles sold only here, and the calendar adds cocktail classes and a chocolate and whiskey pairing.
