The birthplace of the national anthem sits at the end of the neighborhood, and most of its 43 waterfront acres are free to walk; only the fenced historic zone takes the $15 fee (under 16 free, pass good 7 days, cashless). Honest framing for a night out: after Labor Day the grounds close at 5pm, so this is the golden-hour walk before dinner on Fort Ave.
