Eight acres of open harbor edge where the Waterfront Promenade widens out, with the Korean War Memorial, a no-license-required fishing pier, and a straight sightline to Fort McHenry. The community association calls it the neighborhood's viewing lawn for fireworks and tall ships. It is the sunset-walk opener before a night on the square, ten minutes away on foot.
