A literary Halloween upstairs at Swann House: a DJ and dancing, passed tapas, an open bar of beer, wine, featured cocktails and sherry tastings, and costume prizes for Best Overall and Best Edgar Allan Poe. $99 plus tax; the early tiers are sold out. Downstairs, Bar Dalí pours sherry specials and takes ordinary reservations the same night.
