BARCS' dog festival: check-in from 8:30, a half-mile pet parade at 10, the 5K at 10:10, Pilates with your pup at 11:30 ($15, register ahead) and a costume contest at noon. Free to come, though BARCS asks you to fundraise; the 5K is $50, and the beer garden, 11 to 3, is $40 for a wristband and 21 and over. One dog a person in the beer garden and no retractable leashes.
