Bar games for singles, powered by Tinder: you are put on a team on the spot for a tournament of flip cup, beer pong and the like. $10, or $2 for Volo members, fees included; register on Volo's site, which closes at 7pm on the day, and 11 of 52 places were taken when we looked. The page gives no age rule for the night.
