Three days of books, music, art and performance, with the street festival free on the Saturday and Sunday. It is at Lexington Market, not the Poe House on Amity Street, whatever an older listing says. Tours inside the Poe House, the exhibits, lectures and some performances need a ticket or a festival pass, at Westminster Hall, Carroll Mansion and the France-Merrick as well as the market.
